We start with comprehensive information gathering. Map The AI Surface
The information we've collected forms a foundational knowledgebase: a comprehensive map of your systems and processes, as well as your market space and competitors. All of these contain an AI 'overlay,' which identifies where and how AI is used; it identifies if AI could be used, is being used, or should be used.
